How We Work
The 10BedICU project began in March 2021, following the Covid-19 delta wave in India, to provide critical care ICU infrastructure in rural and smaller government hospitals. To date, over 200 10BedICUs have been established in 10 states. In this public-private partnership, the State government provides hospital space, medical staff, supplies, utilities, and signs an MoU to manage operating costs, wherein 10BedICU covers the capital expenditure by supplying ICU equipment, CARE software, TeleICU technology, Training, and Community support.

TeleICU System
Hub-and-spoke model with TeleICU hubs in medical colleges connecting specialists to remote 10BedICU spoke hospitals.
Training Programs
Critical Care practices, ICU medical equipment handling & CARE software usage ensures preparedness and proficiency in delivering quality care.
Community Participation
Strengthening and empowering the Rogi Kalyan Samithi in the state and the project hospital, thereby ensuring efficiency and self-sustainability.

ICU Protocols offer research backed clear guidelines which serve critical care practices contributing to improved patient outcomes.
