Dr. Anusha Cherian is Professor of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care at JIPMER, Puducherry, with over 17 years of experience in critical care education and leadership. She provides strategic clinical guidance to the 10BedICU project in a voluntary advisory capacity. She has served as Chairperson of the ISCCM Puducherry Chapter and President of the Puducherry Chapter of IAPEN. Dr. Cherian has coordinated the DM Critical Care program at JIPMER and completed a short-term fellowship in Critical Care from Australia. She is an instructor for ATLS, BLS, ACLS, and FCCS courses. Her clinical interests include sepsis, fluid management, and acute kidney injury (AKI)

Bisoya Loitongbam is a social development and public policy specialist with over twenty years of experience implementing large-scale government and donor-funded programs. She has worked with institutions including ICICI Prudential, Government of India, UNDP, Azim Premji Foundation, Ernst & Young, GIZ, and TRIF. She is Chevening Gurukul Fellow & recipient of Distinguished Alumni Award from NIT, Warangal.

Gigin leads the engineering team for the 10BedICU project. His core focus is on integrating critical care equipments with IOT for TeleICU. He is part of the core team that created CoronaSafe Network an open source pandemic management tool recognised as Digital Public Goods by UN.

Amrutha takes care of Procurement for the 10bedICU project. She has been an integral part of building products under Coronasafe Network like 'Arike', for managing Palliative Care patients for NHM and Oxygen Trail, for Tracking Oxygen Cylinders. She is an Engineering post graduate, who has taken care of Volunteer Engagement for the projects under Coronasafe Network.

With 10 years of combined clinical and development-sector experience, she brings strong medical and public health expertise to the 10BedICU project. Drawing on hands-on experience with Tele-ICU initiatives under the Government of Karnataka, she leads statewide implementation while overseeing clinical operations, training, ICU protocol development, and HMIS workflow optimization in collaboration with expert panels.
