Jharkhand
Jharkhand is a state in eastern India. It's known for its waterfalls, the elegant Jain temples of Parasnath Hill and the elephants and tigers of Betla National Park. The state is predominantly tribal, with around 26% of its population belonging to various Scheduled Tribes, and it boasts a diverse culture with numerous festivals, music, and dance forms. As per the 2011 Census, Jharkhand has a population of approximately 32.96 million. The state has a literacy rate of about 66.41%, with significant efforts being made to improve education and health facilities. Project Management Unit
The Project Management Unit (PMU), comprising of both the State Administration officers and 10-Bed-ICU members, is the body that formulates the project in the state, takes the decisions on deployment districts in conjunction with the District Collectors and reviews and oversees the implementation of the project at state level.

Great work by @10BedICU in putting 200+ tele-ICUs in remote districts in India, all operational and connected to 11 regional expertise centers or "hubs" for people who had no access to an ICU during COVID. Now they can permanently have ICU access. Goal is to get to all 700 districts of India.
