Under the 10BedICU Project, a robust Critical Care Training Program has been developed and implemented to empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality ICU care in resource-constrained settings.

Hospital staff are trained in the basic & advanced modalities of using the ICU equipments like Ventilators, ABG machines etc.

To empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality ICU care.

Regular software training sessions include practical demonstrations and hands-on practice to ensure smooth daily use.

10BedICU donates 26 ICU Medical Equipments to a 10Bedded ICU Unit. Proper training is crucial for ensuring the safe and effective use of these critical devices. Our goal is to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to operate essential medical equipment confidently, ultimately ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients

Training Framework
In collaboration with leading institutions such as the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), Pallium India, and other expert bodies, the Clinical training is structured into two core components
1. 15 days of online theoretical training
2. 5 days of hands-on, on-site practical training.
This blended approach ensures both conceptual clarity and clinical competence.
CARE Software Training
Training Schedule
This training helps doctors and nurses efficiently use the CARE software for patient management and seamless communication between spoke and hub hospitals. Sessions include practical demonstrations and hands-on practice to ensure smooth daily use.
Modules Covered
The CARE software includes key modules such as patient registration, daily rounds, discussion notes, referrals, and reporting. These modules streamline patient management, enhance collaboration between hub and spoke hospitals, and support efficient ICU care delivery.

Comprehensive training documents and user manuals are provided to guide doctors and nurses through each feature of the CARE software. These resources include step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and best practices to support learning, troubleshooting, and effective daily use of the platform.
